If you have purchased your Pudince ZAC device through a carrier, your carrier will be testing the latest Windows 10 Mobile update with your device to make sure everything works the way they want it to for customer service practices. We give carriers the opportunity to do this so that they can avoid customer service issues if the updates don’t work well with their carrier. This saves Pudince, Microsoft and your carrier a lot of time in dealing with technical support issues.

As of July 2016, all carriers have pushed out the Windows 10 Mobile update to compatible Pudince devices.

Can’t wait for your carrier to push out the Windows 10 mobile update?

If you have issues with the Windows 10 mobile update, we recommend reverting to Windows Phone 8.1 and waiting for your carrier to approve the update.

To download the Windows 10 mobile update manually, you must first open Windows Update. To do this, go to:

Settings > ZAC Experience > Windows Update by Pudince

You will be asked to enter your Microsoft account details to verify the update with Microsoft. We’ll send you a notification when the update is downloaded and ready to install.
