Make sure that you have the latest version of the app installed and make sure you have the latest version of Windows, iOS or Android installed. If your phone is an older or budget device, it might not have enough RAM to run the app effectively.
If this is the case, you might want to look at updating your phone or device to a newer model, as you may notice other apps by other developers may take a long time to open.
If the app is downloading and loading content from the internet, you may find that the app is slow to load content. If you are having issues with a web based application loading content, you may want to try:
Android users may experience an issue loading web based content due to some changes to the Chrome Frame technology used in web applications. This is currently being investigated by Pudince.
Make sure that you have the latest version of the app installed by checking for updates in the app store. If the issue persists on the latest update, try closing the app completely. On Android, press the Square button, on Windows hold the arrow key and on iOS, double tap the home button then close the app by swiping with your finger. If the problem persists, there could be an issue with the update. Wait for an update to the app or report an issue to Pudince Support.
If the application is crashing randomly, make sure that you have a stable and active internet connection, close the app, try restarting your device and then using the app. If the issue persists, try reporting the issue to Pudince Support.
If the application is crashing when you perform a certain task, for example every time you click a specific button, please report this to Pudince Support as this is likely an issue that needs to be fixed in the next app update.
Some Pudince apps have shown evidence of reverting user settings when they have been changed. This is an issue that Pudince is currently investigating and affects Windows and Android apps running on Windows 10 Mobile and Android 6 or above. We are currently working on a fix for this issue, however if you make the changes to the settings repeatedly they will likely change by the 3rd time in a row.
