What kind of issue are you having?
If you have clicked on a download link or button on a Pudince website and it takes you to a website that displays the error “The page cannot be found”, this could be due to various factors. Please use the following troubleshooting options:
If you are trying to download a Windows Store app for Windows 10, Windows Phone or Windows 8, you may be presented with a Microsoft page that says
We are sorry, the page you requested cannot be found.
The URL may be misspelled or the page you’re looking for is no longer available.
Is this app relatively new?
If this app was released recently, this error is actually to be expected. If you believe the app has been released in the last week, this error may present itself due to Microsoft’s handling of the app rollout process. Sometimes apps released for Windows take a full week to show up in the Windows store for everyone. If you have another Windows computer or Windows phone, try the link on your other device. Sometimes, the link may work on some computers but not the rest. Try using this download link in a couple of days. If the issue persists, read the next section.
Has this app been released for longer than 2 weeks?
If this app has been released by the developer longer than 2 weeks ago, try opening the Windows Store and doing a manual search for the app using the Windows Store search. If the app shows up, try downloading it directly from the store. If the app is not there and the app has been released for longer than 2 weeks, the app might have been removed from the store by Microsoft or Pudince. If you cannot find the app, continue to the next section.
The app is not available in the Windows Store or by the download link after a minimum of 2 weeks since the release date.

If you are trying to download a Pudince app using a link from a non pudince.com website, the link that is on the website may be an expired link or misspelled by the website editors.
Try downloading the app from the app store
Try opening the relevant app store and doing a manual search for the app. If the app shows up, the link is likely to be expired or misspelled. If this is the case, do the website editors a favour and contact them and let them know of their mistake. If the app does not show up, continue to the next section.
If the app does not show up after searching for it manually in the store
If the app doesn’t show up in the relevant app store, try going to the Pudince website and finding a download link to the app. If you can’t find a download link on a pudince.com website, the app might have been discontinued by Pudince. Some of the apps Pudince makes are supported on multiple platforms including Android, Windows Classic Desktop and Windows UWP and Phone apps and Apple iOS and Apple macOS. If the app is marketed as “available on multiple platforms” this does not necessarily mean every platform. It may be universally available on Android and Windows but not iOS.
If the app claims to be available on iOS and you are unable to find it on the iOS app store, or if it claims to be available on your desired platform, but you’re unable to find it in the store, continue to the following section.
I can’t find the app by manually searching in the app store on a device it claims to support.
If this app was released relatively recently, it might claim to be available on your platform, however, it might not yet have been accepted and approved by Apple, Microsoft or Google. If you are able to find the application in the Windows Store, Google Play Store or Apple App Store, you may find in some circumstances that the app store will tell you that your device can not install or run the application on your device.
Check your storage
Please make sure that your device has sufficient storage to install the application. The amount of storage required on the phone is often stated on the page of the app store. If you have enough storage on your phone, continue to the next section
Update system software (applies usually to Android)
Make sure that you are running the latest possible version of Android by checking for system updates. If your phone is all up to date, and you are still having issues installing this app, check the minimum version of Android you need to install the app. This is usually stated on the app’s page in the Google Play store. Your phone may be too old to receive the required update. So far, all of Pudince’s Android apps support at least 14,000 types of Android devices.
If you are on an iPhone, check that you are running the minimum version of iOS for this app. Information on the iOS requirement for Pudince apps can be found in the app store.
Windows Phone 8 and Windows 8 users may require an update to Windows Phone and Windows 8.1 to download certain apps.
Check other system requirements
On the App’s page in the app store, make sure that your phone or device meets all the system requirements. Many apps by Pudince require a certain amount of RAM (Random access memory) which means that some older and budget devices may be unable to download the app.
