If you have tried to download an app from the Apple app store for an iPhone, iPad or compatible iPod device and have been taken to this page, it is because the app you are requesting has not been approved yet by Apple.
Apple apps may take between 3 days and 5 weeks to be approved by Apple into the Apple App Store. This means that while the app you are trying to download is available on Microsoft Windows or Google Play, it may take between 3 days and 5 weeks for Apple to approve the app for iOS devices. This is a limitation placed by Apple that we can unfortunately not do anything about.
What can I do?
If the app you are downloading is emulating an online resource, such as a website, you can add that website to your home screen using Safari. This way you will still have access to some of the features of the app but may miss out on some core features like Push Notifications and Tailored app experiences. You can always delete this shortcut after the app is finally approved by apple.
To do this, navigate to the website of the app you are trying to download.
Click on the Share icon in safari and then click “Add to Home Screen”
This will add a temporary shortcut to your home screen. Just remember to delete this when you download the app from the app store when it is approved.
If you have tried to download an app from the Microsoft Windows Store for a Windows Phone 8, 8.1, Windows 8 or 8.1 tablet or compatible Windows 10 device and have been taken to this page, it is because the app you are requesting has not been approved yet by Microsoft.
Windows apps may take between 3 hours and 1 week to be approved by Microsoft into the Windows 10, Windows Phone 8x and Windows 8x Store. This means that while the app you are trying to download is available on Google Play, it may take between 3 days and 1 week for Microsoft to approve the app for Windows devices. This is a limitation placed by Microsoft that we can unfortunately not do anything about.
What can I do?
Since the turnaround time is so low for this process, we recommend you use Internet Explorer (on Windows Phone 8 and 8.1 devices), Google Chrome (on Windows 8 computers) or Microsoft Edge (on Windows 10 Phones, Tablets and PCs) to continue using the online experience for the app you may be trying to download, if there is one.
Try downloading this app from the Windows Store after a few days.
Android Apps that are submitted to the Google Play store typically take 3 to 5 hours to be approved.
If you have been taken to this page from a download link, please try that download link again in just a few hours. You must be very early to download the app!
