As of February 16, 2016, Pudince formally announces the public recall of an estimated 76,000 Ninko devices. The affected device is known to have a parts failure when disconnected from a PC USB slot after 50,000 writes. This can damage the PC and device.
Pudince recommends that customers with this device back their data up in an alternate location and then lodge a replacement request by redeeming the device recall offer.

To confirm if your device is affected, please lodge a redemption request for the recall of your device. A replacement will be dispatched within 2 to 4 business days of the application submission. You will not be able to submit the request if the serial number does not match that of an affected unit.
